In a recharge with cryptocurrencies, Why hasn't my cryptocurrency top-up reached my card?

If a cryptocurrency top-up doesn't arrive on your card, it may be due to exceptional situations such as the following:

• Incorrect amount: The amount of cryptocurrency sent does not match the amount requested in our app.

• Network congestion: High cryptocurrency network traffic at that time can cause a transaction delay.

• Exceeded limits: You have exceeded one of the top-up limits for your Bitsa plan.

• Technical issues: Other uncontrolled situations.
