I have a voucher, How can I redeem it?

Redeeming your coupon is a simple process done through the Bitsa app:

1. In the app, select the card and tap "Top-up" ("Recargar").

2. Choose the "Coupon" ("Cupón") option.

3. Enter the code manually or use the camera to scan the code.

4. Tap "Continue" ("Continuar") to complete.
