What should I do if I made a mistake when topping up Bitsa with cryptocurrencies?

If you sent an incorrect amount or a different cryptocurrency when topping up your Bitsa, recovering those funds is complex.
To avoid these issues, we recommend always using a wallet you own and making sure to send the exact amount and the correct cryptocurrency and network indicated for the top-up. Keep in mind that exchanges may charge fees that reduce the final amount received by Bitsa.

To attempt recovery, our provider charges a 10% fee on the total amount sent. It's important to know that the minimum amount to recover is €500. If you sent less than this amount, we won't be able to recover it.
