If you made a mistake when topping up your Bitsa card with cryptocurrencies, recovering the funds is a complex process. Always check the destination wallet address, the exact amount, the type of cryptocurrency, and the network before sending.

Recovery is only possible if the amount sent is €500 or more; if you sent less, it cannot be recovered. If the minimum amount is met, our provider charges a 10% management fee on the total sent.
