If you need a refund or chargeback, follow this two-step process:

Contact the Merchant: First, try to resolve the problem and reach an agreement by contacting the merchant where you made the payment directly.

If No Agreement: If you can't resolve it, contact us and attach the key documentation (claim form, proof of communication with the merchant, proof of purchase, and, in case of fraud, the police report).
 
Remember: If you paid with BitsaPay, you must manage it only with the merchant.
