In the case you have made a purchase and request a refund (chargeback) or cases in which you have been charged an incorrect amount, you must first contact the store where you made the payment directly to reach an agreement.
If you cannot reach an agreement with the commerce, you can contact us and attach the following information to request a chargeback:
a) You must complete and sign the form we will send you once you write
b) You must attach proof of communication with the provider/seller with the claim
c) You must attach the proof of purchase
d) In case of fraud/scam, you must attach the report to the police
Keep in mind that if there be several payments in different stores you must fill out a form per each store.
Payments made through BitsaPay, the claim can only be made through the merchant to whom you made the payment.
