If you've made a purchase and need a refund (chargeback) or believe you were charged an incorrect amount, follow these steps:
1 - Contact the merchant
The first step is to contact the merchant where you made the payment to try to resolve the issue and reach an agreement.
2 - If you can't reach an agreement
If you can't resolve it with the merchant, contact us and attach the following information:

The claim form we will send you, completed and signed.

Proof of your communication with the merchant.

Your proof of purchase.

In case of fraud or scam, the police report.
Important: You must fill out one form for each merchant. Claims for payments made with BitsaPay must be handled exclusively with the merchant.
