If you don't recognize a payment, it may be because the merchant's name on your statement is not the same as the store's name. In this case, we suggest you search the name on Google to see if it's related to your purchase.
If, on the other hand, you suspect unauthorized use, follow these steps:

Block the card immediately in the Bitsa app.

Contact the merchant to inform them of the situation.

After speaking with the merchant, contact us so we can send you a claim form, if applicable.
