Sometimes the merchant name on your statement isn't the same as the store's. We suggest Googling the name on the statement to see if it's linked to your purchase.
If you suspect your data is compromised, block the card in the Bitsa app. Then, contact the merchant to inform them of your situation and see if they can cancel the payment. Depending on their response, contact us, and if applicable, we'll send you a form to claim the payment.
