Sometimes the name of the merchant that appears on your card statement is not the same as the name of the brand you are buying from, we recommend that you perform a Google search of the name that appears on your card statement to see if it is linked to the brand name of the merchant where you have made the purchase.
If you have doubts about whether your card data may have been compromised, we recommend that you block your card through the Bitsa app and contact us explaining your situation so that we can mark your card as compromised and send you a form, if applicable, to claim payment.
