If you do not recognize a payment, follow these steps:

Initial Verification (Name): The merchant's name on the statement may not be the same as the store's name. Search the name on Google to verify if it is related to one of your purchases.

Block the card immediately from the Bitsa app.

Contact the merchant to inform them of the situation.

Contact us after speaking with the merchant so we can send you a claim form, if applicable.
