Before transactions are processed they are withheld in your account until the merchants accept them. It is an automatic and transparent process for you.
Sometimes the payment gateways may reject the card for many reasons and the transaction is not carried out. In this case, the amount of the transaction may be retained and normally it will be released to your Bitsa account in 10 to 30 days.
If you have a withheld for more than 30 days we recommend that you write to us to review your case.
