A merchant made me a refund but I didn't receive it on my Bitsa card. What should I do?

In the case that a merchant made you a total/partial refund of a product or service you have purchased it will return in the next few days.
If not you must contact the trade again as we can not see the possible incoming transactions pending.
Your Bitsa account is continuously updated, this means that once we received the refund it will be automatically credited to your account balance.
