Your card may fail for different reasons, please perform the following checks:
- Check if you have accidentally deactivated your card from the Bitsa app
- Make sure you have entered the card data correctly (PIN, CVC, or validity date)
- The physical card may have been damaged or deteriorated by use, in this case, you can request a replacement
