Your Bitsa card might not be working for a few reasons. Check these points:

Deactivated in app? Confirm in the Bitsa app you didn't accidentally deactivate it.

Incorrect details? Make sure you're entering the PIN, CVC, or expiry date correctly.

Damaged? If the card is damaged from use, you can request a replacement.
