If you have just registered your card and it is a virtual card, it is normal that you do not receive the SMS, as it can take up to 24 working hours to register on the 3DS secure payment network. We recommend you to try in few hours.
If 24 working hours have already passed since you activated your physical or virtual card and you still do not receive the SMS, please write us explaining your problem and confirming your telephone number to review the case.
