Sometimes, a top-up might not reach your card. This can be due to exceptional situations such as:

Mismatched send: The amount of cryptocurrency you sent via the gateway doesn't match what our Bitsa app requested.

Network congestion: There's high cryptocurrency traffic at that moment, causing a delay in the transaction.

Card limits: You've exceeded one of the limits of your Bitsa plan.

Other uncontrolled situations.
