If you have issues accessing the Bitsa app or experience failures during its use, follow these steps:
Uninstall the application from your device, reboot your phone, and download and install the app again. (IMPORTANT) When logging in this time, disable the use of biometric data (fingerprint or Face ID), meaning enter your login credentials manually from the keyboard.
