My child has sent me a request to authorize him/her to use a Bitsa, how do I authorize my child?

If you already have a Bitsa account you will only have to access your account and in the configuration section you must go to Parental Permit> Pending Requests> and accept it.

If you don't have a Bitsa account as it says in the email that we have sent you, you must register, do not worry it is free. You can do it through our app available for iOS or Android. You will be asked for information such as email and telephone to register.

Once registered we will go to the verification part we will ask you for information such as your full name, ID and date of birth. At the moment the data is filled in, you just have to scan your identity document like any other user (we explain it here).

After the verification is completed, if it is approved, you just have to enter the configuration section and go to Parental Permit> Pending Requests> and then you can accept your child's Bitsa Young request.
