How to authorize your child to use a Bitsa

If your child has sent you a request to use a Bitsa card, you can authorize it by following these steps. The process varies depending on whether you already have a Bitsa account.

If you already have a Bitsa account:

1. Access your Profile in the app.

2. Go to the "Privacy" section.

3. Tap on "Parental Permission".

4. From there, you can authorize your child's request.

If you don't have a Bitsa account:

1. Download the Bitsa app, available for iOS and Android.

2. Register and complete the identity verification (KYC).

3. Once finished, follow the steps indicated in the previous section to authorize the request.
